Torq Thrust II?

i was on ls1tech, and they have a special on torq thrust II's for 699 in black. the smallest they come in is 17x9. is it possible to run those all the way around. let me know your thoughts. and if you do know, can i use the same offset or will i need to buy spacers. please let me know. by the way its going on an 04 torrid red
