GOAT in Playstation 2 game

I just bought the game for ps2 caleed Need for Speed Underground 2 and they have the GTO in it and everything is exact with graphic details and you can hook them up with from body kits to lambo doors. overall its a good game but still waiting for Gran Turismo 4 in December which has 04 goats and old school goats

GT4 has been delayed to 1st quarter '05 - last I heard no release date announced as of yet. Also they have removed the online capabilities. And yet, it will still take up all of my waking hours for a while after it's release...

Yea I went to check on GT4 also, I heard March 05 from playstation.com and 2 stores in the area. Sucks, but just gives me more time for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

Ya know, what the hell happened to GT4 anyhow? For cripes sake, they have the game done... In fact their were places listing it to be available the second week of December. Now its being pushed back AGAIN?? FOR WHAT? Grrrr!!

I'm enjoying NFSU2 in the meantime. Still havent unlocked the GTO yet though.

Apparently GT4 is gonna have something like 650+ cars in it. I think they keep on adding new vehicles to the list and that's why it's taken so long. Think about all the cool new cars that came out while the game was in development, like the C6 Corvette.

Anyway, I'm sure it'll be kickass when I finally get my grubby hands on it :D

I have NFS Underground for my PC and it is a lot of fun. I am only 24% done with the game and have not unlocked the Goat yet. Does anyone know what % of the game needs to be finished so the GTO is unlocked?

im new to the game just bought it and was wondering how to get more cars without trading the old one in so far i have 2 cars but thats it cause the 2nd car was me winning for signing a contract with edelbrock

I think it was mid to high 30% range that the GTO was unlocked. Also do a lot of the road challenges to unlock unique parts. Cars will just keep getting unlocked TRUDUAL so just keep playing.

Ya, racing cars on the open road will unlock random parts and sometimes you'll win a unique part you can go get. Most often it is better than anything you can 'buy'.

I got this game for X-mas, and it is awesome!!! Currently I have a Hyundai Tiburon with Turbo and Nitrous. I had started with a 240, then got an Escalade. Traded Escalade for a H2 Hummer. Then traded the H2 for the Tiburon (Hummer kewl, but 2 slow).

Yeah...I pre-ordered GT4 back in March 04, first scheduled release in October, then December, now March 05... Good to see that the GTO and the C6 will be in the game. Maybe they delayed it because of all the new models and updates in the last year and wanted to release it with as many vehicles as possible, including 2005 models. Anways, what really sucks is I will be camping out in the Middle East on deployment during the release. Maybe I will have to change my order to send it there...but I do pick up my 05 when I get back!

How do you trade/sell cars in your career garage? I bought two that I dont want.

every time i progress to a certain point it gives me a mail message that a new car has been unlocked and to go check out the car lot. The last time this happened, i went to car garage and found a Toyota Supra was available. I clicked on Supra, and it asked if i wanted to trade my Tiburon for it or browse through my other cars.. I chose to browse and picked my Audi A3 and traded that for the Supra. Now the Supra is totally hooked up w/ over 30k into it with mods. Supra runs low 11's w/ juice. and has over 5 star rating.

Game is so addicting. cant wait to unlock the GTO

I had to stop playing because I plyed for nearly 12 hours straight the other day.

It still sucks to play online because those kids all kick my butt.

I modded the GTO out and took it to the dyno shop and tuned for drag race. Then I tested on the drag race test track (section of track some of the URL races are held).

0-60 = 1.79 sec
1/4 mile = 8.18 @ 175.1 mph
burnout = 22.28 ft
top speed = 180.08 mph

My GTO has a top speed of 196mph. I have a 240 with a 10 star rating too. ;)

well i already beat the game. The last guy u race has a gto and its a 15 min race took me 3 times. I had my wisdom teeth pulled all 4 so i had 6 days to myself. I have a GTO that runs 7.89 in the 1/4 mile if u adjust everything like ud setup a true drag car.

Funny lil side note look at the stock mustang notice anything funny oh yea just that it has gto wheels on it.

I beat the game with 2 10 star cars a gto and a tiburon. I still have open stalls in my garage.The tib is great for street x, URL, Circuit, Sprint< GTO OWNS DRIFTING AND DRAG

OH a quick way to unlock cars URL's unlock cars beat all the URL's in the 3rd phase and the GTO is urs

I found the Skyline was way better in drifting than the GTO. With the AWD system, you can steer the drift. In the near-360 corkscrew section of the drift track, I can hold that w/ the Skyline, but not the GTO... but otherwise, that damn GTO is awesome!

Ill sight operator error try a lil harder its possible to rip 500k scores all day in the down hill tracks and a easy 300k in the reg tracks
