Would somebody please make some offroad pipes.

When is somebody going to make some offroad mid pipes from the stock manifolds to the catback?

I know I am very interested in this product as I am sure others are too.

BTW.......Anybody else interested in this should post in this thread. :thumbs:

Try going to your local exhaust shop and ask them to "Build an offroad system". I have had this done on a 4X4. If they wont do it, go to another shop. Of course, you will only be able to drive it offroad. Right!!!!
The shop I went to was quite small and definately not a national chain operation.

I am sure I could try that, but most shops I have seen do pretty crappy work, compared to an aftermarket piece that would fit right. My other car is a 94 Mustang Cobra, and I can flip open any magazine and buy 10 or 11 different types of offroad h pipes, x pipes, pro chambers, etc. Once you get used to that, the GTO aftermarket really puts you in shock, cause alot less is avalible, and it cost alot more. I am happy we have the parts we have though, considering the car hasn't been out that long. I just wish the stuff was cheaper :thumbs:

A muffler shop is going to use crimp-bent mild steel thin-wall tubing. If you want a GOOD set of offroad pipes it would need to be 2.5" mandrel bent stainless with welded O2 bungs. I'd also like to see a built-in crossover pipe for those of us with stock exhaust.

Call us, we can get you a cat-less "off road pipe" set up with a Dr. Gas X-paipe and O2 sendor bungs welded in.
