Let the mods begin!

Okay I thought I could get away with doing the Diablo tune and a drop in K&N, well now with the cool weather diablo tune and stock tires I cannot launch this thing it just smokes the tires! About the best I could get was start in first gear slowly going down on pedal then putting in drive after you get the rpm's up but then the shift from first to second smokes the tires again, very impressive but I wont be able to win any races! Is there a good streetable tire that I can put on the rear to help with traction or is it drag radials time? I would prefer some stickier street tires. I want to do a maggie next year but I need a little traction first!!
