Hey guys,

Do the M3 wheels fit the GTO? I have seen a lot of talk on here about BMW wheels and the GTO. Thanks for the help.

Yes, but you will be needing hub rings to get you from the BMW's 72.5mm hub down to the GTO's 69.5. Check offsets too, as depending upon what year or "E" model the M3 is, their offset may not be enough. Unless I am mistaken (and I often am), the E36 and E46 models do use a 38mm offset, still a shade tight and you'd likely need to roll fenders.

Hum... I don't think M3 wheels will work, but 325 and 330 will. But like mentioned before, you will need the Hub centric rings. I'm pretty sure the M3 wheel wont work because the rear wheels offset are different from that of a normal 3 series BMW. And you want to keep to the standard 3-Series '92-'05 years know as E36 and E46, not sure about the newest '06 yet.

More detailed info from a previous thread...

Depends. E46 (2001-2005) M3 front wheels will fit but the rears won't. E36 (1995-1999) M3 wheels and aftermarket fitments will with fender rolling the rears for wider tire applications. NOW, if it's the E46 M3 wheels in a staggered application you want, look into the replica lines with E36 applications. I'm pretty sure they're out there. Double check the offset. It should be in the 40 range for the front and 45 range for the rear. The bolt circle is the same but you'll need a hubcentric adapter. See CSI Jason for that. Good luck!
