Whose car is that? I do not recall having seen a goat with tires as wide. Do you happen to have any details, such as the size of the rear tires? Are you sure that the image has not been altered?

Someone just posted those pics on our local Tallahasse board, and we've decided it must either be a full custom rear (4 link and 12 bolt or something like that) or, since that looks like a stock diff, magic. I'm leaning towards magic.

As I recall you can likely gain a full inch of inside width without affecting the suspension.

I didn't think tires would make that big of a difference in looks. But that there just looks mean.
