Hey,
Who has purchased a new set of wheels from JHP? How were they packed for shipping? Packed well to prevent any damage? Did you receive them in good shape? Scratch and damage free are a must.
I sent an e-mail with some of these questions and got a short reply. As this is a rather large purchase, for me, I replied with another related questions and have yet to get a reply. I re-sent the same message and no reply yet. Is this how they do business or is this a fluke? I've always considered them upscale.
Do we have a contact person at JHP that works with us here?
Did they once have a special on the 18's (VY Monaros) or a little better price through this forum?
Please share with me good or bad experiances with them. It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Mine were packed well as well (shrinkwrapped in bubble-wrap inside a sturdy JHP box - look at my avatar). I only opened one box up, but there was no damage.
the Aussies were on extended holiday break for xMas, and our evening is their morning. I just saw the "Coupe4" address post last night for the first time in almost a month, so I assume they are un-digging from a backlog.
I was very pleased at the quick shipping of my wheels... 3 of them got to the Midwest U.S. in 4-5 days, the fourth took another 3 days to arrive...

My VZ's came SUPER FAST and well packed. Individual boxes, lots of bubble wrap and extra cardboard all around. I got in on the last "special". I think I ordered on a Monday and got my wheels on Thursday.

Hey GTO 1
JHP have been on our Summer / Christmas / New Year vacation and have returned to 100s of e-mails, sorry about the short e-mail reply. Its the same reason why we havent been on the forum for 3-4 weeks.
All our wheels are packaged to suit international shipping, but like anything involving a freight company it can get lost, damaged even when being shipped from the next suburb, we do offer optional shipping insurance $28, normal shipping time is approx 7 days.
If you have more questions e-mail me direct: geoff@jhp.com.au

Hey Geoff, when do you expect the next VZ wheels GP to be?

Don't have any worries about buying from JHP. They run a top notch program. I have made several purchases from them and they have always been on top of things. I've ordered CV8-R wheels, VZ front end, and a few smaller items.
