That rim is actually very impressive in real life. Especially in a 19''.
those little screws are going to be a pain in the butt to keep clean

These wheels are +35 offset. So if you go stock width (ie 245) it will stick out 13mm (1/2") further out. Make sure you have this clearance before buying the rims or else you will have to roll/trim fenders.

a 42 offset would be the one i would need right?
OO and does offset have somehting to do with the lip of the rim.

0 offfset would mean there is half of the rim one side of the hub and half the other side, higher offsets pushes the rim intowards the car with the lower offsets push out towards the fender, stock rims are +48. im going with a 46+ and a 9.5 inch rim (should be installed this afternoon). Im thinking with a 42 offset u will be just fine with 245/45's

Inner Clearance: SAME (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)
Outer Position: EXTEND an extra 12mm (position of the outside edge of the wheel)
from http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
i'd say it will be close. nothing a little bit of grinding can't take care of.

hang in there... when i started my wheel search, my head was spinning.
just try to remember offset is based off the center of the rim. so width can affect it.

18x8.5 with a 245/40zr18, offest +40, rubs a little when hitting hard bumps or full throttle accel. I'm going to roll the fenders tomorrow.
