Hi all, I have been contemplating new wheels and tires for a little while now. In preparation, I have been reading the various threads on here to see what all of you are running for your setups and what issues you have had with tire rub etc. I have a suggestion for the moderators and would like to see if the rest of you agree.
I think it would be great if we had a sticky where all of the members post there aftermarket wheel/tire setup and provide the following information.
Wheel brand and model
Wheel size, offset and bolt pattern (front and rear)
Tire size (front and rear)
Pictures of the finished product
If fender rolling was required
If new springs, air bags or shocks were required
If body mods other than fender rolling were required
If hub rings were required
Any other issues you had with the install

I feel like this would make it easy for forum members to look at all the different combinations and see what would work for them without having to read a hundred different threads. Let me know what you think.

There have been many, many threads already that contain the exact information you're describing.

The board is about long enough in the tooth now that it's getting cumbersome to find, but the information is in here. I promise.

Great idea!! Having one centralized thread with everyones' set-up would be much easier than searching & jumping from thread to thread. There seems to be tons of different wheel/tire combos people are running & it's impossible to find them all. :gears:

Yeah that exact thread was started but not stickied...so good luck finding it.

Here is the big thread with most of the wheel pics. Doesn't have all the info you want, but you get to see what's out there.

Really what I would like to see consolidated is offset requirments, size tolerances w/o rolling fenders and w/ rolled fenders.
Best I can tell is front offset ranges 35-42 OEM and rear 45-55 OEM, 5X120 bolt pattern, 69.5 center bore.
I have seen in recent posts that to get 265 or larger in back you have to roll/cut the fenders, but last time I really looked about a year ago I saw guys going as high as 275 without rubbing...What is the optimum fit?

I think this is the guide you guys are talking about.
