My father just bought a Black on Black 2003 S-Type R to use as his daily driver and wants to upgrade the looks of the wheels a little. He wants me to find him a nice looking 5-spoke wheel kinda like the AZA Z-1's in 19's. All the online sites say no +size wheels available. I have no idea what the offsets are on the stock wheels. I know you guy have good taste so help me find something.

Edit: I've tried to call Sean @ Top Shelf 3 times today and no answer. He still sick?

I'd say keep it around 3 grand or less. I saw the O.Z wheels on tire rack. They are "ok" but he wants more of a look than actual performance rims.

Know this isn't much help -- but the factory 5 spoke wheels for that year are my favorite wheel for that car.

For 3 large, I'd look into getting an extended warranty because some of those cars have major, major problems. Nearly bought one new -- but didn't because all three of the people I knew who had one required engine changes.

Ended up getting an XJ-R instead. It's a great car, too, but I like the design of the S-Type R a lot more. That's why the wife drives it.

FYI: Check out some of the factory wheels available, too. Jaguar really offers some nice ones. Once you find a style, go to this web site. It's sort of a Fred Beans from Jaguar OEM parts: http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?s iteid=214626&gclid=COXKp4-c44kCFQGNYAodyBLuEg

I think CCW's are just under $3K for a set.
