Where to get Wheels polished?

A little while back someone posted a place where they can strip and mirror polish wheels. I have searched and searched but I cannot find it. Anyone know the name of this place?

Yes, thats one of them. Anyone ever hear of Trans wheel? They are here in Illinois, but I cannot find the listing.
