Guys,
My tires are turning like a brown/yellowish color on the side walls. Is this because they've been sitting in the garage? HELP! I really don't want yellow tires! BTW, this goes away if I put tire shine on but I can't with the temprature being so cold.

I believe it's caused by ozone.

It is and the best bet is to appy silicon rather it be spray lube or via tire shine. Don't not let them oxidize! That's the yellow you speak of.

So I can spray silicon on them? Like a silicon lubricant from the hardware store or something?

Yup you got it, silicon is silicon. This is what makes the "high" tire shines so good. Rubber can and will oxidize!

what if you hit it with that BLEACH WHITE stuff? that stuff burns away anything on the rubber

That can dry them out more. If you don't keep them lubricated they will dry out it's that simple without getting "too deep".

You are suppose to store tires in a sealed plastic bag. No bag and the deteriorate.
