Im thinking of this set up with bf goodrich kdw2's....Can i run this setup with the first wheels http://www.wheelmax.com/package_list.asp I dont wanna run 275 30 19's because of pot holes and i want a little more meat. I also wanna run a 245/40/19 up front. If need be ill run a 235 35 up front or 245 35 but i really wanna try and run what i stated in the title? Do you think this setup is possiable? If you have any pics or advice for my torrid red let me know.

Talk to "Sean" at Top Shelf Performance (a vendor to your left) He will "hook you up" and take care of you!!

Me thinks those sizes will be too tall and cause more rubbing. The KDW2's seem to have more sidewall than Toyo or Nitto's anyway which is why im going with them.

Yeah, I heard the BFG's are a little bigger too. I am running the Toyo 275/35 in the back without any problems. Although take note, I have drag bags and King springs to help with the bad squat problem.

I use a 35 in front and a 30 in back.

They are about the same size as my OEM 17" rubber.

i know people run a 275 30 out back but im afraid it might be to little rubber. I just hate feeling every little bump....i know these cars have really good suspension to cushion the ride but i just dont wanna effect the ride at all not to mention traction

I agree.
245/45/17 = 245/40/18 = 245/35/19 = 275/40/17 = 275/35/18 = 275/30/19 = 25.7 inches height wise (give or take .1 inches). Some are 25.6, 25.7, 25.8.

Somone on here posted a calculator to determine overall height, or go to each tire companies web site and they generally have spec sheets that show overall height. That height will also most likely throw off the speedo.

I don't think BFG KDW2's will fit. Too wide.

ON YOUR WHEELS (19"?), HAVE YOU EVER BOTTOMED OUT THE REAR WITH THESE INSTALLED? DID YOU NOTICE WHERE ANY RUBBING WOULD START FIRST IF ANY?

THANKS IN ADVANCE..

i have talked to a few people running 275 35 with no probs so i think im going to go with that....however im leaning more toward the z-1's black in 18's which price out at 1576 with tires....where as 19's with tires are 2200.....i figure for 2200 i might as well just get 19 ccws that i have been wanting for a lil more cash.......

First of all no caps please. I don't have ANY rubbing whatsoever because of the springs and bags. The rear is alot stiffer, therefore can can take alot more abuse. Although with 19 rims you do tend to slow down for bumps to eliminate any possibility of bending a rim. Just another reason I went with larger sidewall to give me a little better ride and safety margin in case I do nail one after winter pot hole season ends. Here's a picture. Notice I do have a rake in the picture. That is because there was 22lbs in the bags. I since backed it down to 12lbs for normal driving. So it leaves about a 1/2 gap from 1/4 panel to tire.
