This is to give recognition to Sean and Top Shelf Performance for their exemplary customer service and business practices. For those of you that read my thread in the "Wheel and Tire" section, you know I had a problem with a BAD (dented rims) set of AZA Z1 19" Staggered wheels and tires purchased from Sean. His distributor damaged them and still shipped them. The distributor's "fix" for this was to have me send the bad set back, and upon receipt, they would remount the tires on a new set and send them out. This is AFTER they sent the first set to Sean "instead" of me, resulting in a 13 day delivery time to me. Their "fix" would result in another 14 day, or more, delay in receiving my wheels & tires. I had previously purchased an 18" staggered set of Z1's from Sean and had sold them to get the 19" set.
Sean is purchasing another set for me HIMSELF and sending them out today, thereby cutting down substantially on the delivery time and the inconvenience to me and is personally handling the return of the first set.
We should all recognize and appreciate what a "stand up" guy Sean is and recognize the outstanding customer service that Top Shelf Performance provides the members of our GTO community.
KUDOS to Sean and Top Shelf!!!!

I haven't bought anything from Sean. But, all of our conversations have been informative and friendly. I was going to buy a set of RUFF wheels. But, they were backordered, and I found someone local who never installed his. I bought them instead. I am still on the fence about a spoiler delete kit. I may buy one anyways. Sean is great. Buying from him or not.

Not always!!! It looks like I am lossing out..clear coat came off in two months and Sean sent me to wheelmax to deal with. They won't refund my $ after exchanged with Z9's. They"wm" say they won't refund due to a change in ownership. I don't care, I BOUGHT FROM TOP SHELF, not wheelsucks. Sean says he's sorry.wtf

Thats wheelmax's fault. Same thing is goin on with mine. The clear coat came off and their being replaced with brand new ones(when they get them in) but i have to bite the bullet and pay for shipping back to wheelmax(not seans fault). Very upset with wheelmax that they are charging me for THEIR fault here but Sean and Topshelf are doing everything they can to try to ease the cost of shipping for the few of us with this problem.

+1 for Topshelf
-1BILLION for wheelmax

I was the second person to contact Sean about this problem so it was early in the ball game. All I know is I did what Sean said and didn't want to wait forever on z1 so per the sales guy at wheelsucks to avoid down time bought z9's. So why is it ok for me to be out 1000 for rims. I never complained to anyone about the remounting/shipping $. Sorry? That is not good enough.

Wheelmax is definately on my bad vendor list. I also got my 18's and a month and a half later they peeled... I contacted TJ and they had me go thru Wheelmax as well. After months of frustration, getting no where, unreturned phone calls from Dale at Wheelmax and a charge to my credit card for a set of replacement rims that were never shipped I contacted Sean again. Sean straightened out what he could and at the moment like longhornbsbll15 I had to pay to ship to them and will have to pay to ship a new set again(I could handle shipping maybe one way myself, but paying both ways IMO is bad custoemr service policy on Wheelmax's part IMO, especially considering they were basically defective). Sean has been as helpful as he can be with what Wheelmax will do. And I will say if you want these rims, which I can understand why cause they are the best looking ones out there for this car by far IMO.... DO NOT buy from Wheelmax, DO buy from Sean.
