I'll be there for Road Atlanta. Any way you guys could showcase a couple of our GTO's next to your trailer along side with Rhys Millens GTO? I remember, I had to break through security last year to get rhys to sign my car...lol.

wish you guys were still running the gto this yr. would be cool to have a little show case of the gto's in front of the d1 gto.

last yr at the Wall,NJ race it took me awhile to get ahold of the right people so i could bring my gto into the pits to get ryhs to sign it.

no, we usually only run Formula D not D1.

yup ill be there again this yr. to bad its a long time from now till sept. lol cant wait to see how well the solstice does.

im surprised you remember me from the wall event. lol it took me damn near all day to get ahold of the right person to let me get my car in the pits. lol i was even tryin to bribe the security guards at the back gate to let me in before i got ahold of Andy so i could get in so rhys could sign it.

maybe this yr i can enjoy watchin more of the race then running around. just wish wall didnt have that stupid tall fence infront of the grand stands.

oh well, its a pretty cool track, hopefully its not as humid and no breeze, took like 45 minutes for the smoke to clear last year

Atlanta was awsome. I like the soltice with the glowing red bull eye on the side. I will be going to the Seattle round, hopefully RMR is higher in the standings then.

I was just wondering if the car is too light. It looked like you guys could run with anyone, but the smoke from the tires isnt there like it was last few years with the heavier GTO.

during qualifying we were running some different pressures messing around with grip and smoke. we can get plenty of smoke but when it comees down to it the judges dont care a ton about smoke. but the car is VERYYYY light. :wiggle:

I rolled the rear fenders on my GTO. If purchase your RMR Side Skirt Set & Rear Fender Arches will the rear arches still be able to attach?

there is a thread for RMR questions, this is fine, but i can get to it faster if its there.

how far did you roll them, all the way down to the bottom? 180 degrees? i used a grinder and took it all off with those fender arches on, and didnt have a problem with mine, you should be fine

He doesn't.

We have a car show every Monday at Hooters and I have sponsership from Zoom Performance for my GTO. His shop is in the same business park so we had a police escort to get his car over there. Actually Eric at Zoom arranged the whole deal for Chris to go there. He definitely left a good impression with the 70 or so cars that were there. It's not everyday that we have the opportunity to have a true drift car drive over to the car show. I'm sure that Formula D gained some fans! I did rag him a little about the "green" viper and it would be nice to see him get dusted by Rhyss's GTO but I guess the day of the goat is over in Formula D. Maybe I'll have Chris give me some lessons so I can revive the Goat!

getting tickets for sonoma right now... the weird thing is that the event doesn't show up on the Infineon Race schedule. I think it goes from noon to 8pm, right?

I see that you guys were talking about Chris Cook and the Viper that was at our cruise-in at Hooter's! Well I found out a few weeks ago that Chris Cook wrecked the Viper while drifting! I dont know whether he got hurt or not but it looked really bad! He hit the wall and flipped the car upside down! Here is the link to the YouTube video:

Yeah Max, thanks for spending some time with us as well. Was really cool to meet you and Rhys. Was one of the best time we've ever had at Infineon, cool crowd, and a fun time. Yeah, I'd agree with ddawson, that GTO needs to get back out there....

It's an impressive little car... crazy that it's making that much power outta that little Ecotec 4. Too bad you guys couldn't convince Pontiac to let you run both cars... tha Goat and tha Solstice. That would be way cool.

Jersey is usually my least favorite trip, because i have to drive there!, but im looking forward to it this time. there is a 90% possibility that we will have somthing, never seen before, you dont want to miss this. its going to change the dirfting world completly, only from the boys at Rhys Millen Racing.

ah driving here aint to bad lol. me and my brother drove out to purump, nv little over a yr ago. took rt80 almost all the way there.
