Hey everyone, I'm looking at getting some rims soon, I was highly considering getting American Racing Rogues in Black. I really wanted to get 18's but from the looks of things I think only the 17's fit with a 5X120 pattern. Below is a list of all the sizes I see them come in. I just wanted to double check with you guys and gals that the 17's I highlighted should fit on the car with no problems, as well as make sure none of the 18's listed below would fit or else I'd get the 18's...

17 8 35 5-120
17 8 35 5-110
17 8 35 5-120.7
17 8 25 5-114.3
17 8 35 5-114.3
17 8 25 5-115
18 8.5 35 5-110
18 8.5 35 5-120.7
18 8.5 25 5-114.3
18 8.5 35 5-114.3
18 8.5 35 5-115
18 8.5 25 5-115

Also I know the stock tire size is 245/45/17, But with the strut rub issue is it recommended to go with 235/45/17's? to avoid that issue with the new tires in the future, or would the stock size be ok?

I am looking to get either Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (I have them on the Monte and I love them) or Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position, for tires

Anyway any input on fitment, American Racing rims quality, or any other recommendations would be very much appreciated,

Thanks in advance Guys and Gals,
Joe

Those rims in that size would probably work just fine. Since they are +35mm offset (stock is +48mm), your new wheels would be further away from the strut. Using the stock sized tires would be fine with that different offset. I wouldn't go out any further than +35mm though.
