tire warranty

bought the car, few weeks later some one noticed a big chunk of tire missing on the side wall, hard to see because of the flop, if i peel it back i can see a little bit of the white material cut,

anyways had it like that for weeks, simply had no time to get it fix, i work dealer open hours and last few Saturdays i was to busy moving.

anyways car has 1k miles on it and i am sure the tire came that way because i dont remember hitting any curves or big pot holes.

i glued it on with crazy glue so it doesnt flop
i have never would of noticed it if some one didnt point it out to me,


think the dealer will swap out a tire?

I have 2 bad tires on my new GTO, and I guess they are going to replace them. These are covered in the 3/36 warranty, BTW.

However I made the mistake of buying the aftermarket tires & wheels that the dealer had on there. Later I found out that they had put on el cheapo Wanli Chinese tires, and they were trying to give me crap about they weren't covered. I looked them up on the Internet and they are $110. for 18-40 Z's, vs ~ $160-180 for BFG's. Damn, ya gotta watch everything !
