race wheels

i want to get the lightest possible 17s or possibly 18s for my 06 a4. i might even go with 17s in the front and 18s in the back. i would like some that are black and chrome, unless that would make them heavier then need be. i just want to get the best performance out of them.

you're combining two things that don't usually add up to the same wheel. . . light weight and bling factor. that said, there are very good looking light wheels out there but probably not chrome. Do a search for light wheels, there was a good thread about light wheels a few weeks back. also, if you just want race wheels why would you be concerned with how they look?
