What wheel's did you go with? Black or Chrome? I'm leaning towards black but all the wheels I've seen on here that are nice usually don't have any info about them in the post lol.

Firefox decided to stop being gay and I managed to do a proper search and found some threads.

this is a tough call...i think ive finally decided on the TSW thruxtons...ive seen them on brazen orange and so far they are my favorite...they arent quite black but they arent quite silver either...kind of a happy medium but they look awesome

I've decided to go with black Ruff 278's in 18's. I want to do a 245 front 275 rear setup so I'm guessing a 35/45 offset would be needed? Also say my tires start to rub, will pedders springs be a quick fix?

Ill answer that question for you on Thursday when I get the springs installed. I have a lil rub on the passenger side now.

I wouldnt ever buy ruff's after the last set I had on my old Sl 500! pure crap! and wait till you try to get something fixed on warranty... I hope you dont have the experience I had, good luck though. sorry for being negative.

Initially I was dead set on the AZA Z-1's...but after so many months, I'm getting tired of waiting. I give up. Seems like the Ruff R278's will put me in the same boat. I really like the chrome/polished lip w/black idea, but now I'm starting to lean towards a set of staggered TSW Laguna's with 255's out back. Not really interested in rolling/grinding.

I ordered the chrome 19" staggered ROH on the group buy ... but later felt guilty and self-indulgent, so changed my order to the silver 19" stag'd ROHs with Gravana.

If the consensus here is that chromies aren't too loud on Brazen, I might have them chromed when they arrive and live with the guilt.

That's the first negative I have really seen about the Ruffs. Everyone I talk to about them have loved them and have had no issues.

I had chrome Stern 18's, went to TSW Nogaros (silver). I like the silver better. It is all in personal preference.

I don't see $1000 wheels as cheap wheels so I guess they should be pretty good. :wiggle:
What problems did you have?

You mean for all four? The lips started fading and the metal looked like crap! this was three years ago though. Who knows how much a company can change in that short of time ya know. I havent heard too many other people complain recently.
