How in the he** can I get them to look shinny like they use to? I clean them about once a week when I wash the car, I use car wash on them. They look good right after I wash them but once they dry they begin to look like their foggy or cloudy looking. Is there any polish that I can use to get them shinny again??

The wheels in your sig...are they clearcoated or no? Are those chrome or polished aluminum?
If they aren't clearcoated, you can use a chrome or aluminum polish. It's a lot of work to get them looking good again, you will probably spend a whole day polishing the wheels.

Polished wheels FTL. Man your in for a real treat if you never polished wheels before. The hardest part is making them look even.

in the long run, polished wheels are going to look the best. Just get some quality polish and a mothers powerball and you will be in good shape.

Ive tried the powerball and it didnt do shit. You have to have a serious drill so that you can press hard on the wheel. Light rubbing will not do anything. Also the big powerball does not like tight spots.

Aluminum polish and fine steel wool(0000 or more) will take care of it but will require a lot of elbow grease.

I use Mothers for polished wheels .Takes very long and is alot of work, but it does a good job. That is also why I have chrome rims on the GTO as it is a daily driver and I have no desire to spend my days off polishing wheels.

I had the same problem with my ZR1's on my C4, very bad. I used Meguires NXT polish on them and i'd say it brang them back to 95%. I will neverrrrrrrr get polished wheels again.
