Hey kurt are your fenders rolled or do you just have the springs? I was looking at getting either TSW's that are 18x9 in the rear with a 45mm offset or a set of factory 18's. I want to stick 265/35/18s in the rear.

What is the factory 18" offset? I have the Pedders drag springs and I want to widen my factory 18's for 275/35's.

I run an AZA staggered setup with 275/35/18's in the rear. I had my fenders grinded down to fit them but it seems most with the pedders kit do not have to grind/roll fenders.

275/35R18 BFG Drag Radials on Beyern 5 measuring 18x9.5 with 45mm offset. Cut off 1/2 the fender lip and installed King Springs, stock height springs. Had minor rubbing during extreme situation (entering a steep driveway at an angle).

I run a 275 with stock springs and some extremely rolled fenders. No rubbing except in extreme conditions. Going to get Pedders springs and should not rub at all.

Just the springs. I did not roll, and only because I wanted to try and avoid it. Most think I got lucky. But Pete (Justic Pete) thinks it's a sweet setup.
With 265's, you should be fine. A 9.5 rim with a 45mm offset, you should clear without a problem. Gaining, and getting a 48 or even a 50mm offset would give you enough not to have to ever worry about it.

One of the things you need to keep in mind!
Tires of the same size do not always fit the same!!!!!
Example:
BFG Drag Radials have very square shoulders while the Nitto Drag Radials have a more rounded shoulder. Also, the cross section (or the tire at it's widest point) will very in measurement and relationship to the rim and tread.
Example:
BFG KDW 275/35R18 are 10.9" at the widest on the recommended 9.5" rim.
Nitto NT555 275/35R18 are 10.71" wide on a 9.5" rim.
That is almost a 1/4" difference and then if you figure that the shoulder is more rounded with the Nitto, you can see that the Nitto will fit a lot easier than the BFG.
So tire brand/model, not just size, can determine if a tire will fit easily or not.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ I agree. My 275-35-18 Toyos have a much more rolled and rounded sholder than the BFG's of the same size. While my 275 Toyo's do not rub. A 275 BFG might rub.

Can anyone back up Locke here? Also, should I go 1" or 1.5" on my stock 18's for widening?

was running Falken 275/35 18's on a TSW 18X9.5 w/40 offset and had to roll the fenders. Switched to BFG's, SAME size and they rub again. WTF?

40 offset is not right. You need at the minimum a 45 in the rear to clear and thats with some rolling. Also a BFG tire is going to be a little wider and have a square shoulder so they are the worst to get to fit, besides a MT drag tire of course.

Optimal offset for 18x9.5 is going to be about 53mm, 40mm is too small of an offset for a 9.5".
Also BFG's are pretty much the sidest tires for a certain size.
