View Full Version : Are these factory GTO wheels?

I've got a chance to pick these up REALLY cheap (although 1 is damaged). I've never seen these on GTO's before - are these actually factory wheels?

No they were dealer installed option in 2004 (no longer made IIRC)

So if you do hope the damaged one can be repaired, or good luck finding 1 extra one.

No. Unless they were some special SAP wheel, but I don't think so. I think our GTO's only came with the 17's and 18's that you see on them all the time.

They show to be 18x8's with the pontiac center caps. Thanks for the help.

Yes only the 2 standard wheels were available from the factory.

Yeah, those were a special dealer installed option a couple years back. There's a red GTO in my area that has those rims.

THEY LOOK LIKE MC 2'S WHICH WERE ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH PONTIAC DEALERS BUT NOT A FACTORY PART NUMBERED WHEEL.... GOOD LUCK WITH THEM BECAUSE I HAVE A SIMILAR SET ON MY CAR AND I HAVE HAD NO LUCK TRYING TO GET THEM SERVICED.

Yes they are an option in 04 MC2's 18x8 just sold a set of the same rims. The bad rim is gone but if they are cheep you can put out a feeler for just one rim.

Like said above they are a dealer option. I've seen a couple of pics with them and they look ok. Not my taste though I like my rims to have a lip!!!

2004 dealer installed option only. Made my an aftermarket company to fit the GTO only. I have a set, and I am keeping them.
