I checked JHP's site, only saw prices given out on other wheels. Some of those wheels are going for 1,450 shipped, which would be fine with me since my other wheel choice would be to pick up some stocker 18's, which would run me about 400 less, but an extra 400 for wheels I think look the best on the GTO, is a price I can pay.

I also was looking into these wheels, but they were a little pricey for me.
This is the price they gave me back ON 8/2005.....just email them and see.
VZ HSV R8 wheels 19" $3200 USD Delivered
I ended up getting the VZ Monaro rims.

Not a big fan of those. The only ones I like from the Manaro's are the VZ HSV R8, the CV8-R, and the HSV VX GTS. Thanks though. Over $3,000! Nevermind :(

The price from 2005 is a little out of date now. ;)
For a set of brand new, genuine HSV VZ R8's, they are $2700 USD shipped direct to your door.

those VZ wheels are definitely something to look at. Those are one of the best sets of wheels i've seen made to fit our goats. i'm still saving up for those 10 spoke wheels :eek2:

Wow!!! Talk about a price reduction! :eek2:
November '06 the "normal" price was $2900 shipped, or $2570 for GP of 5 or more sets... and that was with a more favorable exchange rate!
Could you imagine a poor sap having paid the the "normal" price just 6-7 months ago and then seeing this?!!

are the HSVs stagered?

are the HSVs stagered?
Nope :( 8" wide all around.
Only the Coupe 4 wheels were available in 9" width and they will not fit without the coupe 4 bodykit. The offset is 30mm on those.
45mm on a 9" is fender rolling territory on the normal body.

wouldn't it be possible to send the wheels to one of those wheel widening places to achieve a staggered setup? i know we're talking about some really nice wheels, but i think it would be nice to have form & function :yumyum:

You could but then your are into custom/forged wheel cost. It could be done though.

Sure, why would you think otherwise? Structurally they're really no different than the heavy-a$$ stock GTO cast alloy 17's and 18's, and plenty of guys have done those.
