I was wondering if anyone knows of a shop in Columbus, OH which does "on-car" balancing or if there is a website where I can do a search. I know the Hunter9700 website allowed me to search for dealerships with there machine, but I've been told I should probably do the "on-car" balancing instead since I'm only having wheel wobble between 65-70mph. Thanks for any help.

On car isn't going to do any more than a Hunter 9700 with the road force option and won't reveal tire problems like the Hunter. I suggest getting your subframe aligned and checking your radius rod bushings.

Back Street Performance in Medina, Ohio is the closest Pedders dealer to you ... in case you want to look into a cradle alignment like Mike suggested. Otherwise you may want to ask this question on www.BuckeyeGoats.com if you want to find a local place to do the on car balance. ...But I think what Mike has told you is correct.

Strongly disagree.......the ONLY way to eliminate this problem is tire shaving and on-car balancing. Check with local RV dealers or semi-truck dealers, they've been doing this procedure for years and will tell you a place that will do cars also. I have two shops nearby........best money you'll ever spend.

MisterMike,

I'm a little ignorant, but what is a subframe alignment? Also, how would the radius rod bushings affect the wobble only at certain speeds? I'm not being a smart--- by any meanings, but just attempting to understand since I don't have much knowledge in this issue.

I've done a regular balance, roadforce and on car, on my '05. When I have the time I always prefer the on car balance, there is a big difference. It is the only way to account for balance issues in the rest of your rotating weight (studs, lugs break disk, etc).
