Ok, I've searched all of the typical tire sites and none of them seem to even sell the 18" BFG DR's in any size from 245-275 in the 40-45 series. I need some for my car and can't find a site one who has them. Anyone know where I can get them from?

I think the 245/40/18's are no longer available however Tire Rack says it has 275/35/18's in stock.

Discounttiredirect has 275/35/18 in stock, a 275 in 40 or 45 series won't fit

Will a 275 35 work? I had rubbing with 275 40 17 Nittos and I've heard Nittos aren't even a real 275.

Well the BFGs do run wide and the Nittos run a little narrow, but I'd be willing to bet that the 40 series contributed to some of the rubbing since it's a taller tire than stock. Will the 35 rub, probably but it's most likely one of those things you'll just have to try it and see what happens. Are you running stock wheels? Because a 275 BFG is a really wide tire to run on wheel that narrow.

No they are aftermarket 18's.
