Has anyone put on these wheels --> OZ Galileo III 18x8.0 ET40 PCD 5x120 Silver/Machined Lip with Pirelli PZero Nero 245/40WR18 M&S tires?

A little pricey, but I am looking for deep dish/lip wheels. They Beyern 5's are slick, affordable and are on the top of my list but this OZ wheel looks great.
I can pick up 18x8, 19x8, or 19x8.5's with offset of 40. Any issues with offset?
