Oh and if it makes you feel better I have raced 3 05/06 gto's all were 6 speeds with half way decent drivers...one could not beat me motor for motor so he sprayed me...the others were unable to beat me.
I have also raced a dozen or so 04's and remain undefeated there also.
Oh and the track I run at is like 1000 ft above sea level....just to rub it in a little more.

But anyway I am not here to prove anything or impress anyone or make people believe me for that matter... but get too upset because my basically stock ls1 is faster than your ls2:gears:

WTF are you talking about? I have been to the dyno 2 times. The first time it was hot as ****. The second time almost a year later it was not hot. What part of that do you not understand. You have a GTO also so you should understand the role that heat plays on these cars. What I did learn how to do on the dyno was reset the ECU. Wanna pick up an easy 10-20 hp on the dyno? It's as easy as pulling a fuse in the 04's.

Both of those threads are nearly 2 yrs old. Did you happen to look at the dates on them? Did you happen to look at any of the newer threads?

All I get out of this whole ordeal is you are mad cause I am faster than you. What's your best track time again?

This is the thread with the graph reflecting the numbers in my sig. Now lets talk about what changed on my car between the original dyno in 05 (the one you posted a link to) and the newer dyno in 06 (the one that I ref in my sig)

There was a 10-20 degree difference the day I put down the higher numbers.

I had wheels on the back which weighed a good 5 lbs less per side than the stockers (tsw thruxtons).

I reset the ecu (which as you can see gave me over 10 hp and torque).

I had the flowmaster catback on vs the stock catback at the first dyno.

Oh, and prob the biggest thing of all...it was over a year later. The car might not have been fully broken in the first run. Who knows what changes he might have made between the first run and the second.

Who knows how the dyno I went to compares to anyone else's dyno. That's no reason to call me a liar is it? If you think my numbers seem high thats fine, but I have the track times to prove my car runs good.

Go to the top 10 thread in the track section and call all the other 04 gto drivers liars too I guess.

I have raced him during one of his numerous 13.0x passes. He just can't seem to break into the 12's although he has enough power to. We give him shit about it all the time. I believe he has trapped a best of 108.x mph too. It's a strong car. ;)

The track is at 1,300' ASL.

yeah, and you know considering every dyno is the exact same they all give out the exact baseline for horsepower and not ONE is off http://417racing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_rol leyes.gif. Also, this has nothing to do with his 1/4 time. Considering, the barometric pressure is good that day, low low low humidity, different wheels (makes a big difference on dynos). well first i wasn't a sponser before and with you it was normally about cops. I've just had bad experiences with the cops around here so thats why. Being a sponser shouldn't mean that i can't be a normal person. i paid money to be a sponsor and if you pay attention to my posts. I'm one of the first people to start defending people who have a whole thread full of people reaming them because they put such and such on their car. I have NEVER had a single moderator tell me i did anything wrong and not one point against me so i guess what ever i'm doing must not be that bad compared to all those people getting banned for a week. stick on looking? never ever had anyone make that comment. Most people are extremely surprised to find out that they aren't functional scoops actually. oh and my 6.0 has never been low on oil even after me going far away and not getting oil change in 4-5000 miles one time :) so no complaints here.

There are NUMEROUS local witnesses. What the f else do you want him to show you? An affidavit endorsed by the Pope?

I'm not getting in to whether or not those times could be/are correct (though I don't see any reason why it isn't feasible), but I kind of agree with some of the others. JamesBiz, you come off as having a bit of a self esteem problem at times. I'm not going to try to dig up threads, but that's the impression that I get. I kind of agree with COKEnMOZART too about having a little business sense. I would think that you would want to appeal to the masses a little more. But that is my humble opinion, take it for what its worth (probably not much).

I'm really just a bystander here - but from what I saw, nobody was questioning the TIMES, it was the HP/Torque vs. mods. I am not posting to flame either side - I am just curious about the important fact. (Do I care if your car driven by you is faster? Nope. Do I care if you are getting results that aren't yet duplicated anywhere else, YEP! That means there might just be something we can all do for similar improvements. Pulling the "omgz, you are jealous cuz I am waaaay better than you dude" doesn't prove crap, except that you are just as much a hot head as the guy you're arguing with).

Somehow, with only a catback, he has what 50 more HP than most every other stocker. HOW?

Times are a function of driver - HP/Torque are a function of the car alone. (with obvious caveats of "dynos aren't all equal").

I'd suggest debating that in another thread however.. (ie: How does one get such high numbers when compared to all of the other hundreds of GTO's from the same model year, without power adders?)

On topic portion: I too am interested in the tire's reviews.

You are 100% right. I have nothing to prove. Just adding my 2psi to the matter since I have actually raced his 'pretty much stock car' at the track before. I suppose that (a witness) wasn't enough for the doubting Thomases. Should probably set up a live video/satellite feed with NASA's assistance and telecast it on the web when he races next. Of course, with various heads of state in attendance and several media outlets CNN/FOX/CBS/NBC. Maybe he will break into the 12's and provoke even more doubt, anger and disdain from his fellow GTO enthusiasts. On the dyno runs you will see that are about 10 hp lower. To gain that hp I simply reset my ecu. Whenever I go to the track I reset my ecu before the first run, and possibly again during the night.

Really? Prove that you are not stealing other companies designs. Do you have a video of this, or do you have anyone that can vouch for you not stealing designs. It's pretty fishy everything you have done has been done by other manufacturers, and now there is a new product thread where the company is refusing to post detailed pics because of a member stealing designs. I have reasons for everythign i said about you and almost everyone would agree with me right now. so far no one has agreed i stole any designs. I asked you to have someone from here back you up and you said that there is no one who lives near you. yet out of no where you found 3 people to sign up and post on here with in an hours time. go figure.

AS for the INVO's..they have a extrememly soft sidewall which gives like no ones business. They might be inexpensive and provide quiet, smooth operation like the T1Rs but in the performance realm....they are crap.

No...I said there were not a lot of local gto owners interested in performance. There are all kinds of local car enthusiasts around me that go to the track and have raced me/ seen what my car can do.

PLEASE show me a rule i have broken and then i'll show you the multiple ones you have. If i'm being immature then so be it but atleast i'm staying with in the boundires of what is allowed on this forum. It's a good thing English, proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure are not requirements because you would have been gone long ago huh? It's ironic that you want to talk to me about posting stuff that makes sense when you post something like that. Maybe if you put as much effort into typing as you did looking for designs to copy things you type would make sense.
