Just got my 19" AZA Z-1's but the fender roller has yet to arrive. I'm just going to cut the fenders, anyone have any tips or suggestions? It seems pretty straight forward.
Thanks.

I just did mine wednesday.
Wear safety glasses!
Take your time and make sure about how much you want to cut off. You can always go back and cut more.
Don't let the cutting disc bounce out of the cut and ruin your fender. Keep a firm grip at all times.
I left the wheel and tire on and used the tire as a guide for the initial cuts (if you do the same don't cut up your tire with the cutting disc).
Don't force the cutting disc. If you do you'll heat up the metal and potentially blister the paint. I had a wet rag handy but didn't need it since I took my time.
You only need to cut the top 8 inches or so, you'll have to determine how much you need to remove.
Go back with a grinding wheel or half round file and clean/smooth all your cuts.
Paint the left over lip to protect.

This has been covered numerous times.
Easiest way is to go to Sears and buy an Angle Grinder (~$40).
Search for fender grind and fender cut, you should be able to find a bunch of stuff.

Just did one side today with a dremel. Absolutely no lip left and it wasnt hard at all. Definately time consuming. Just make sure you are aware which way the wheel is spinning. I kept the dremel in the wheel well so if it did slip it hit inside.
