Hey here's some pics of the new rims. Theyre Sport Edition KV5's (formerly Mille Miglia Evo 5's) from Tirerack. 18x8 with 40mm offset. I had custom aluminum hub rings made. I wimped out and got 235/40's all around(Falken Ziex). I think I could have went with at least 245 in the rear. I was just afraid of rubbing. What do you guys think?

A little differant, but not bad.

I like them, I just dont think anyone should replace rims if they can still only fit a 235 on the rear.

I like the new wheels - looks great. Also, now that you can easily see the calipers, painting those can be your next Saturday project! :D

I like them. They remind me of the wheels off the new GP GXPs.

Nice...The old MM Evo5s always looked good on any car.

Thanks for the comments guys. As far as price, they were a great deal actually. I paid $580 shipped for all 4 from TireRack.
I did want to go wider with the tires, but I was afraid with the 8mm difference in offset, that they would hit the quarter. I played it safe and went with the stock 18 size. I really was just more interested in getting rid of my stock 17's as I was getting bored with them. Theyre going to be my winter wheels now.
Do you think I can fit 255's on the back with no modifications?
I'll try to get up a better pic today.

If I still had the 17s I'd buy those. They look like the perfect alternative to buying the stock 18s.

Yeah, at first glance, they look very similar to the stock OEM 18'' wheels.
They look good.

Those aren't "formerly" the milles....those look ok, the milles looked badass the way they curved in towards the hub kind of dramatic. You can definitely fit 245's in there, I did with 19 x 8 with a 40mm offset so you could easily do it with those.

I'm 99% sure these are the old MM Evo 5s as most of the Sport Edition line is the old MM wheels. Look at the Tirerack ad from an older car magazine and you'll see the exact same wheels as MM's. You might be thinking of the EVO-s which is a different wheel.
Cool, I might try the 245's next time around.

I have the 245's on the front and rear. I really only hear a slight rub sound when I hit REALLY bad dips on the road: not too often.
Nice look though! :popcorn2:

I always liked the Mille Miglia's. They look good on a lot of cars and they weren't that expensive.
First time I've seen them on a goat.
Nice.

Thanks for the comments guys. I labored a long time over a set of rims that would fit the car, didnt look ricey, and were in my price range. It's going to bum me to have to put the stockers back on this winter!

it's okay. Not really a fan though. Kinda gives that OEM+ theme.

Thats exactly what I was going for. A little more aggressive, but kind of looks like it could have been factory
