I have a set with 3k miles on them sitting under my kitchen table. I'm sure many many others have a set under their kitchen table as well.
To answer your question. Dealer will charge waaaay too much. You could probably buy a set of 4 used but clean wheels with tires and shipping on here for the same price as 1 wheel minus tire from the dealer.

well I doubt anyone will sell me 1 wheel, thats all I need, and I want it SPOTLESS, not even a scratch, thats why I figured Ill just go to the dealer and get one
and nxg one question before I hit you up about them, are the OE wheels or aftermarket factory wheels?
I would guess they are Aftermarket OEM replacements( They are priced per wheel, I would think you could order just one ) I would call them and see. I Know GMPartsHouse has true OEM and they are a vendor here( They are priced per a set of 4) You can E mail them and see what they can do for you. Let me know, I will keep looking for a true OEM at a good price for you.

keep looking on this board from one. I got an entire set of four (including tires with good tread) from a board member at a real good price.
I've gotten entire sets with rubber for the cost of one dealer tire before.
"flawless paint' .. still resprayed cheaper than dealer.
Not to mention..
Go to the dealer, get the owner/manager.. tell them you want a wheel.. and you don't care how much it costs you .. as long as they don't get your money.. because they are low life rip off artists. Make a big stink in front of those waiting for appointments and storm off.
(go to a different dealer for warranty after that). I switched dealers after a similar episode. I went around the corner to a different shop and got winter air.. and cheap... showed them.
