Here's some pics of my new 17 in chrome wheels and Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season tires that arrived today.

Got these at a close out on Discount Tire Direct for for $150.03 each

Tread pattern of the new ultra performance F1 All Season...looks very promising.

...only thing is these are going on my 03 Grand Am SCT. Wheels are 17x7.5 5x115 Liquid Metal Wingman. You really didn't think that anyone would give this kind of a deal on chrome wheels for the goat did you. :gr_jest:

From how they are rated on the Goodyear site verses the F1 GS-D3 they look as every bit as good a tire plus with the added snow capability.

When the original tires are worn out (5-6K more miles), I'm thinking about replacing them with these tires.

Not a bad price at all for a Y-speed rated tire (speed limiter gets removed or raised if I get them!).

I just odered a pair of f1 all seasons, you think 245-45-17 on a stock '04 will rub?

Post some pic's with them on outside your garage,the remind me of the Drift R's but chrome.Nice wheel's.

The F1 A/S is not any wider then the GS-D3. I would think that if your alignment is correct and your front end components are good you would be fine.

There are others on the site who are running them. The Fierce tire I run is just as wide as the GS-D3 in the same size. But, my rim are not factory.
