The defense is still very shaky. We need the young guys to step up on defense and Newman/Ellis to come back soon. If Glenn comes back this season the offense will be close to unstoppable.

They can beat a couple of teams.
Unfortunately, they've already played em both.

The game wasn't shown where I am, but I see they intercepted Trent Green 4 times.

And I'm not a Cowboys Fan, but I have Romo and T.O. on my fantasy football team. I don't care if they win, just if those 2 hook up once or twice a game.

Don't get too excited the Browns did score 51 points today. This is going to be unpredictable season.

Go Cowboys!
I do think that they need Terrance Newman healthy as soon as possible. The biggest games this year are going to be against Philadelphia. From what I've seen of the Eagles they are not far and away the best team in the division and may lose to the Cowboys.
Through the first two weeks though I have got to say that the most surprising team is the Green Bay Packers at 2-0! I don't think anybody expected the Packers to be good enough to beat the Eagles and then follow it up with a win over the Giants.

You'z a fool if you think the superbowl winner will be from the NFC. Really, they should just give the AFC champs the superbowl and be done with it, the NFC isn't gonna have a contender for a while ...

You COWGIRL fans are smoking some good crack if you think the 'Girls are going to the SB before the 9ers! ;)
PS - How the HELL was a schedule made that didn't include the 9ers and Cowboys playing each other?

Dallas was supposed to play in SF this season, but they protested because there was a gay pride parade going on the same day.

I'm a big Favre fan, and he didn't look anywhere NEAR retirement yesterday. Congrats on that win.

T.O. greatest WR of all-time!!
If you don't believe it, just ask him.
I can't stand him or his use of a complete box of tissues if he doesn't get enough receptions in a game. Plus, Ocho Cinco has snatched the role of NFL idiot from him.

Its funny you should mention the Superbowl, because just yesterday I was discussing with my father how even though I grew up watching the Cowboys sine I was little, I'm turned off when I hear Cowboy Fans talk about Superbowls after only 2 wins. Not knocking you, but it seems that it is always the case, "What 2 wins? TO THE BOWL YA'LL TO THE BOWL!!" I can see why people love seeing the Cowboys fall from grace. I'll always still be a fan, but will judge them harsher because they play only 10 minutes away.
As far as the team goes, their defense is a bit too unreliable right now to predict good fortune for them for now. The offense is fun to watch, which regardless of whether you like them as a team or not, they do put on a show. Should be fun to watch win or lose. Would be nice to see their defense win a game though.

They need to get rid of Roy Williams, and quick. He should never, ever, be put into coverage. He's not even hitting this year, so what's the point?
They need Newman back for sure, and all those #1 draft picks on the D-line need to start playing like it. No pressure from those boys lately.

Exactly. Romo looked like a Roger the Dodger last night. The confidence and vision down the field is amazing. Put some stickum on Crayton until Glenn gets back and we're all set.

That high snap was favre-esque. I can see why they're compared. Romo has quite a long way though to compare completely with someone like Favre. I've been watching Favre for awhile (mainly cause the Cowboys used to always squash his superbowl hopes) but its good to see him winning despite his drug addiction he had early on in his career.

Romo is the man. That play was amazing. How about Crayton's day? Awesome.
Now the big worry is Anthony Henry. Hope he's good. Also, Bulger has some large cojones... playing football with broken ribs? He can play on my team any time.

I'm not really concerned with Henry yet. I mean from what I remember, he would always get burned. I would go so far as to say that he'll be lucky to get 4 more interceptions for the rest of the season even if his latest injury proves to be nothing major.

Maybe I said that wrong... I like Henry as a player, just worried about his injury, they need him.
