Hey all. I just got a 6 speed GTO. Was wondering if anyone is going to offer an aftermarket shifter for them. I like the Hurst chrome sticks.. Would one for an F-body T56 work in the GTO? The stock shifter feels a little soft and being used to shifting "old" muscle cars with 4-speeds I'm still getting the feel for where 3rd is on the T56

THANKS Warren.. Now I know what I'll be getting myself into.. I was almost about to go out and start torquing on the shift knob to see if it unscrewed... good thing I waited!

Says it's offset towards the steering wheel...on the right-hand drive vehicles...might want it changed for us lefty side drivers.
