I would like to take the time to thank Holly and the rest of the sales crew at Tbyrne. They not only fixed up the last order i put in with them but they were very quick and nice about it.

Thanks Holly

P.S. you have some rocking "on hold" music :p :p

Yea I think Holly was who I spoke to over there when I was ordering my Kooks headers. She sure did have her shit in order. I was impressed with how quickly she responded to my questions, she did not have to think about them or look them up!

Thank you very much for the feedback guys! Holly joined the TBYRNE Team about 3-4 weeks ago and she is learning fast.

The hold music comes from Sirius satellite radio :)

I think i was being a little sarcastic but it's ok. I think Phil Collins was on... i just had to make a comment. She said that it wasn't being played in the office and i said thank god. Dunno if i could work in an office with constant elevator music playing.

Carol helped address my SLP Header order ASAP after being sent the wrong one.

Julie helped me order my brake kit and was also very patient with my hundreds of questions.

Thanks for the great staff.

You're near Boston and you're not listening to WAAF?

Although during the day they have a tendency to talk too much.

I just ordered a CAGS kit for my 05 off your site and it came in the mail the next day?? Did you guys drop it off at my house on your way home?

Love not having to do the stupid 1-4 shift thing when I least expect it. Glad to see a company in Mass. selling great stuff for the GTO w/service to match.

I'm just mad that I see a good portion of my available fun tickets headed your way over the next couple of years....

The hold music that you hear is from Sirius satellite radio. Most of the time it's set on '80s or '90s music got changed to hardcore Rap one day. I don't know how long it was playing but a customer mentioned that he was surprized that we were playing music with alot of swears. I then noticed what station it was on :)

I'm lucky to have good people here :)

Tom

That is some funny stuff
