Will these fit on the rear? I can pick some up locally for real cheap.

judging solely on the ratio of wheels that fit vs those that dont...

i'd say probably not.

but get the specs and post em up.

Do what???

Those are 4th gen F-body (Camaro to be exact) wheels. GM used the same offset and specs from 1993 onto 2002 when the F-body production ceased. The only difference was GM offered 16" and 17" wheels during the corse of production.

Those wheels are 5x120.65 and are 16x8. From the factory they either had 235/55/16 all season tires on them or 245/50/16 Z rated tires depending on the option package on the camaro they came off of.

The GTO uses a 5x120 lug pattern and is a 17x8 or 18x8 depending on the option package.

Some will say you are splitting hairs on the lug pattern. .65mm is roughly right around 1/16 of an inch difference in the pattern. Some will say run them others will say not to. It is personal preference in my eyes.

1.65mm = ~1/16". 0.65mm is less than 1/32".

May or may not have to dremel the center. The changed the hub somewhere around 95 or 96. Other than that, they fit fine. My Dad's '05 goat uses Firebird wheels with drag radials on them with no problems.

im running ZR-1 replica wheels for DRs. same botl pattern as yours. but im not sure on your offset. the bolt pattern will work, just make to check the torque on your lugs after every run. just to be on the safe side.

if the offset is right, youll be fine. really depends on what tire and tire size youll be running on them:judge:

Thanks for the input, they are very very cheap, so I may go over to the guys house, test fit em and see if they work right there.

i was merely commenting on the common problem of finding wheels that fit the goat without issue.

i'm gonna find a pair of 15X7 3 series BMW wheels, and run a 255/60 MT ET Radial.

i say if you get em for free, do it. i wouldn't pay money for "salad shooters"

i ran BMW 18s on my regal with no problems, but different strokes for different folks...

I use them on my car. They are my drag radials off my Z28. Camaro salad shooters with 255/50R16 BFG Drag Radials. No Rub, they are actually a lot lighter and I just made sure I torqued/mounted them correctly to overcome the slight lug difference.

I'd like to see more GTO's with Camaro / TA wheels.

Can the hubs be swapped to use f body wheels?

going to shoot the guy a PM and see if he will let me have em for $50

I honestly don't think they are worth more than that, to me anyway.
