The weight of the stock/nasty 17" rims?

My goat is running stong right now so i'm going for suspension mods and weight reduction. The rims that i found are 23lbs so please fill me in with any info. How do i get a picture and my spec's to be with all of my post?

If you mean a signature that automatically appears (like below my post with the fox), click on the User CP link near the top of the screen (in the blue bar). Then click on edit signature.

To put in an image, go to a place like Photobucket.com or Imageshack.us and upload an image there. Then, get the URL (those sites will tell you the URL, or you can right click on the image, choose "Properties," and copy and paste the URL from there - http://www.somewhere.com/picture.jpg ). In your sig block or post, type in Put the URL Here - like this: [img]http://www.somewhere.com/yourpicture.jpg[/ img]

It'll show up.

I've heard anywhere from 25 - 28 lbs for the stock 17x8s. Haven't had a 'naked' one on a scale yet myself, though. You can find some wheels for the GTO that are under twenty pounds, though. There's an SSR GT2 in 18x8 that weigh 18 lbs or so for the GTO, for instance.

The stock wheel with the tire is 53 lbs. I haven't had just the wheel available to weigh.
