Not sure if anyone is watching the Indian/Yankee game, but the wind died down and the bugs are just CRAZY. They are all over the players and it almost looks like it is snowing.

My wife is sitting here grossed out....and I have to say, its a little disturbing to watch.

Yeah, I'm surfing while watching the game and it is very disgusting, my lovely wife has tried twice to change the channel, but I'm like its the bottom of the eighth.

Seeing A-Rod [Mr. April] strike out 3 times is worth the price of admission alone. Carmona FTW!!!

I wonder if New Yorkers will notice Rod's performance in the series so far. The Yankees spent more time swatting at Carmona's sinker than they did swatting the bugs.

One of the reasons baseball fails me, "Call the game, too many bugs!" Real men don't give a shit about bugs or mother nature.

Muckleheads FTW. Sometimes they're so thick, they look like a cloud of smoke. That was a great game. Classic October pitcher's duel. My hat's off to Carmona and Petite. A remarkable performance from both men.

on a side note: i must not have been paying attention when anthony reyes defected to the yankees, changed his name to "joba", and became an amazing relief pitcher. in all seriuosness, though, that guy could be anthony reyes' twin, right down to the side burns and pressed-flat ball cap!

i'm quasi-rooting for the indians. i'd like to see them win, but it looks like the red sox are going to win their division series. if that happens, i want the yankees to beat them in the ALCS. nothing makes a red sox fan cry more than when they lose to the yankees!
