Hey gang,
Here's a few pics of the MOST AWESOME Christmas present from my wife. Below are all the details that EVERYONE should include when posting pics of their wheels followed by the pics:
Wheels: 19 X 8.5 (front) 19 X 9.5 (rear) AZA Z-15 Hyper Dark
Company: Wheelmax (no problems)
Price: $1200 shipped, mounted, balanced, and with all the supplies needed
Hubrings: Yes, CSiJason's billet hub rings
Offsets: 40mm front, 45mm rear
Tires: Nankang NSII 235's up front/265's in the rear
Suspension: Stock (sagging rear springs FTL)
Fender status: rear fenders have not been cut or modified in any way
Rubbing issues: With only me in the car there is no rubbing under very normal driving. If you romp on the gas it rubs, if you have a passenger it rubs, if you go over big bumps it rubs. I will be grinding the rear fenders as soon as I return home from my trip.
And the pics as promised:

Looks good!
I like how you have a full amber delete up front, but you should tint your tails 30 or 50%...

Merry Christmas indeed! :D Lookin' good BlackPearl.
I like the level of detail in your post as well - I agree that it would make a nice "standard format".
Happy New Year from the West Coast! :burnout:

$1200!?!?!?! I know you can get the rims for $600 but how'd you manage the tires, mounting/balancing, and shipped for only $600 more? Did that include lugnuts and wheel locks? Link(s)?
BTW, looks NIIIIIIIIICE!

Thanks guys! Yeah the price was too good to pass up. It was from wheelmax and they're selling AZA for dirt cheap. That price included everything even lugnuts and all. The shipping was free and so was the mounting and balance I believe. That was one of the main reasons my wife bought it.

Those look awesome. I can't decide if I should go with that wheel on my PBM or something with a polished lip. I really wish I could go with a 19s as well, but the goat is my daily driver and I drive a lot for my job so I don't think 19s would be a wise choice. Oh well, I have until spring to decide. Your car looks hot.

Noice!
Good idea on the wheel format too.
Get some drag bags and/or cut inner rear wheel wells which I've done both.
Or get some Pedders drag springs.

Your car looks exactly like mine, except....better. Love the look of those wheels. I'm very interested in doing something similiar. I like the Hyperdark and was thinking of doing the same thing on mine. Thanks for all the info in your post!!

Looking great! I think a light drop would set your car off!

Looks good. You may want to get Pedders springs instead of grinding fenders. Better springs solved my rubbing issues (275s) though offset may be involved also.

How much do they weigh?

No idea on the weight but they did feel a whole lighter when I was transporting them then the stockers.
I haven't really felt a big difference with the 19's. I don't see why you wouldn't go with 19's..BMW does it all the time.
