I put a set of Zenetti Fives 19 x 8 with Toyo 245 35 x 19 proxy tires on my Goat and have a problem with some wicked vibrations on and off around 60 70 MPH. Went to 108MPH and felt like I was going to shake appart. I had my 04 GTO up to 148 on stock tires and was awesome. I have Torque them down twice and checked balancing and am having same problem. Anyone else expierencing same prob w/ their after market wheels? Any constructive suggestions welcome. Help!

No problems on the Beyerns. The advice I was given was to hand torque them all to 50 ft/lbs and then to 100 ft/lbs. Be sure to use the correct sequence of lugs. That would help insure they are centered correctly since the hub centric rings do tend to suck. You could get a hub centric ring from CsiJason so it fits better also.

Had the same prob on my last car. Took it to 7 different shops. Turns out one of the centering rings had a crack in it. I finally bought 4 new ones for like 20 bucks & fixed it in my garage. The rings are very imortant!

Pull them off and check the hubcentric rings. If they are not perfectly centered, when you torque the wheels down they get mangled and don't let the wheel tighten properly. If this was the case and it looks like the ring is mangled you will need new ones.
