Wheels are ordered will be here Friday,.. tires go on same day. I need hub rings, and was hoping to have some by the time i ordered my new wheels!!! Does anyone have any for the CSL wheels?!?!?!? At this point i don't even care if they are cheap plastic ones, as long as they work. My understanding is that i can't mount these wheels unless i have hub rings???

You can mount them fine without rings. Just make sure you torque them down properly and in the correct sequence.

I'm going to start up a pre-order for some more pretty soon but it'll be at least a month before I get the finished parts to ship. You can go without rings but I'd avoid high speeds.

CSiJason, please put me number one on your list for a set of those things! What do you consider high speed? hahah I had beyern type 5's on there before, with no hub rings, and never had a problem, and i thought i read somewhere that those needed hub rings as well...????

Contact discount tire...
I think that the CSLs would use the same size rings as the Beyerns, since both are designed for BMW E46 cars.

The rings would be designed per each wheel, due to the maker of the wheel making what ever hub size they wanted. The size of the hub on our cars will always remain the same, the wheel size will be different per manufacture.

I think i'm just gonna put them on,.. bolt them down. And see what happens. I never had spacers with my Beyern's, and i never had a problem. I'll still have csijason make me some spacers tho, even if they do work fine,.. would be nice to have the spacers just be on the safe side.

I will agree with that wholeheartedly, but ANY hubring is better than nothing.
You will be fine with no hubrings, as was mentioned before, don't do any high-speed runs though.

Yea, but the CSLs and Beyern are both made for BMW E46 hubs, which are 72.xx I believe, while ours are 69.xx. It shouldnt make a difference if he uses a hub ring designed for the beyerns or CSLs, they will both be the same size.

I'm just gonna bolt them on, and hope for the best. if i feel any sort of vibration, i'll take em' off and order up some of the cheapo plastic hub rings, until the billet ones from csijason come in.

Uhm... I had discount order me a set. I would've much rather gone with CsiJason's but I couldn't wait.
Anyhow, I can pull the specs later if you need. I'd try there if you need them ASAP.
