Chromed and widened OEM 17's

Rummaging around in the thread about polished 18's I found remarks about this company:

I wrote to them yesterday about "Black Chrome" for my wheels and about having the rears widened:

Here's some prices and lead times for anyone interested:

You have to have two donor wheels to cut apart so it takes four wheels to make two. The cost to widen the wheels is $350.00 each wheel. Completion time is approximately 3 weeks. You will have to supply us the back space measurements.

The cost to Black chrome your wheels is $225.00 each wheel. Completion time is 8 to 10 business days. Freight to South Dakota is approximately $130.00 each direction for a set of four wheels. Shipping time is 3 to 4 days each
direction.

Black chroming sounds about right price wise. Mine was about 200 a rim. I wouldn't pay for a wider rim, I'd get a new one.

I want wider wheels that look like factory 17's.

I've yet to find a set of wheels made by anyone that I like as much or more than the OEM ones.
