Just been looking for something different for the GTO. How do you think they would look on a QSM?

AZA Z-08 (carbon fiber)

AZA Z4 (only color option they had a pic of)

I think they both look good, but I prefer the all aluminum over the carbon fiber.

I'm starting to look into wheels and am thinking about the AZA Z01. I'm surprised how reasonably priced they are. Has anyone had any regrets buying AZA wheels? Then, why are CCW wheels so dang expensive? While the CCW 505's look similar to the AZA Z01's, if the quality of the AZA is decent, why would anyone spend thousands more for the CCW?

Forged and Billet wheels are expensive.. but they are all that way. AZA isnt either, so the cost is down on them and there is plenty of people running AZA on the forum and the only thing I can remember is a peeling issue that seems to be resolved.

The dealer accidentally gouged one of my OEM wheels last fall and has been dorking around with a repair shop to get it fixed. It's been sent back to the wheel repair shop twice. The dealer said if it comes back a 3rd time and it's not right, he will buy me a new OEM wheel. I looked on GM part web site and was surprised that they charge nearly $500 for one 17" OEM GTO wheel. So that got me thinking about having all four replaced with a set of AZA's since they almost equal the price of one OEM. Are the OEM wheels forged and billet wheels?

z-08 are kind of interesting. Although I'm sure that is not real CF so I would be concerned about that peeling off.

Fake bolts are bad enough, but fake CF takes it up another notch on the rice scale.

I love my AZA Z-01's!! They are a very nice wheel for the price. I have no regrets for buying them. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Apparently the peeling issue is resolved according to the customer service at Wheelmax, who currently is carrying the Z-01's.

I was thinking the Z-08's were actually carbon fiber until Jim346 mentioned they are fake. I was getting excited about the weight savings.

I dont like either one.
Get either Z1s or CSL Reps in hyperblack or matte black - either in 19s IMO. Just because a lot of GTO w/Z1s on the forum, doesnt mean that you will see any on the street. I mean look at how many GTOs you see on the forum, compared to how many you see on the street :wall:
