Don't know a thing about them, but I'll tell you what I do know about straight pull bolt designs.
Two bigger companies are using them right now. The Blaser is one and the Anschutz Fortner.
The Blaser is "neat" and has a novelty status, but one issue with all straight pull designs is the lack of primary extraction.
The action of lifting the bolt serves two purposes on a bolt gun. It resets the fire control and it extracts the case. The bolt action has a powerful camming action that pulls the case from the chamber.
Straight pull type actions have this too, but the mechanical advantage is reduced some.
The Anschutz Fortner action is also straight pull, but because your dealing with a little 22LR its not really much to get concerned over.
Just FYI. Not trying to talk you out of it.

I have a both a walnut and beech stock K31. Basically, they are awesome and they would be my favorite rifle to shoot if ammo wasn’t as expensive. Even the Swiss surplus GP11 7.5 is about 50 cents a round.
Just make sure you get an all matching one and look for the best stock (they will all be “beaver chewed”). After your purchase, take off the butt plate and you may be surprised. I would say about 40% have troop tags inside with the original owners name, rank, and even address. The Richmond show yesterday had Dark Sun selling them and the prices have really gone up (they will be at Chantilly for sure). They had a bunch and its nice to cherry pick a good one. I have heard rumors that importers are having trouble locating anymore. Prices have gone up almost 40 bucks in the last 6 months.
Edit: Forgot I had pics of mine in photobucket:

I don't think I'd be keeping it 100% original. Depends on how good of condition I can find. I want to take those three pieces that cover the barrel off and refinish the stock or buy an aftermarket one.
I just think it'd be a funner gun to mess around with like that more than a moison-nagant or a enfield or a mauser k98
