If this has been covered then I apologize in advance. I've been on this site for the last two hours and the girls starting to bitch.

I'm looking at going with 265/30/18 in the rear. It seems my stock suspension is already starting to sag (24000 mi) so I'm looking at pedders 5/16 springs.

My question is, are these springs stiffer then stock? Will they be alright with the tire setup (I'm planning on cutting the fenders)? Finally would there be a better spring choice for this setup.

Thanks Guys

You are going to want 265/35/18
Spring choice is personal preference, especially since you dont mind rolling the quarter panel lips.

I changed out my stock springs for the drag springs and they arent that much different in ride quality. Yes they are stiffer but they are a progressive spring and on smooth (or close to it) pavement you cant tell. I have plenty of bad roads around here and they dont bother me at all... hope that helps.

Thanks for the comments. I was initially thinking that although taller the drag springs may be softer. I was definitely looking for a either stock height or close with a stiffer spring setup. Thanks again.
