I already purchased some GS-D3s (245/35/18) now here is my question. I was originally planning on going with 18x8 Drift Rs but seen they had 18x9s on their site still (all around rotatable) my question is, will 245s look too small on a 9" wheel? If so I need to know so I can tell tirerack.com to change my order before it goes out.

I did a few quick searches, and didn't find an answer to my question exactly.

That's like.. $250 more though for 20 mm. I was thinking maybe 255s, I might do 265s, but will those rub at all? I don't want to roll the fenders over 10-20 mm.

I got my tires from tiresavings.com really really GOOD cheaper then tirerack. good customer service too called them up to change a tire size took less then 5 mins no lie. I would deff. order there again! I got my Nankang NS-2 for $93 a piece there not the best tires from some ppl but I had them before and I liked them for the money.

I've got 265 Front 275 rear.
As long as you have staggered offsets should be 43mm F and 50mm rear you'll be fine with 265's

Hmm, they are rotatable 18x9s, so I doubt they would be staggered offsets.

Didn't know they started making rotatable 18x9?
Do you have offset info?

That means they're using the same offset on rear?
43mm rear you'll prolly have to roll or grind with anything larger than a 245.

so stay with 245s? Would those look to small?

I would say yes most guys run 245's on 8 or 8.5 rims.
You could get stiffer rear springs and/or dragbags if the rears rub with 265's if you don't wnat to modify the body?

so if I roll them I should be able to fit 265s all around?

Yez Zir!
seen a couple setups with 265's on a 9.5 and 40mm offset grind/roll required though

Only questions left then is how much should I expect to have to roll, and what do you mean by "grind"?

Do a search on fender roll/grind there's pro's and cons to both!
I ground mine over 2yrs no problems!!
10 o'clock to 2 o'clock usually gets the job done.
How much depends on how much if any do they rub?
I would mount them check clearances and take a test drive to see if/where they rub my drivers side wheel sticks out a good 1/2" farther than passenger side so had to grind more on one side than the other.
But that's a factory cradle alignment issue not wheel related.

they don't make a 18x9 for the back (different offset). just sent you a PM

couldent you run the correct offset in the rear (50mm) and use a 7mm spacer in the front to get it to 43 offset. so you can rotate them.

Went ahead and ordered the staggered 18x9 fronts, 18x10 rears in competetion black with the GS D3s, did 265 35 rear, and 245 40 fronts.
