Just my way of thanking you for the Goat, which is the most exceptional new car I have EVER bought. A lot of my friends have asked why I bought an 'imported' car. My response has always been that at least I bought from an ally...;>) I never fail to tell them to listen to Paul Hardcastle - 19, and Red Gum - I was only 19, compare notes, and they'll 'get it'...;>)

Still, the best four seater Corvette I ever bought...;>) AND $20,000 US cheaper.

I doubt any of the haters have driven one or for that matter ever senn one in real life. Some people look at pics and judge off of that.

Amen to the big a** thank you. Over my 43 years of car buying, I have experienced lots of them, exotics included. There's never been anything in my garage like the GTO. Even in the small things. Every other new car I have purchased, spews forth a chemical film on all the interior glass for several months, requiring continuous, nuisance clean-up. Not the GTO. I was scratching my head until I read that Holden pioneered "low fog trim" chemistry way back in 1978 with the VB Commodore, to deal with Oz's extreme conditions. So not only does the GTO haul a**, it frees you from window cleaning chores.
