Ok just wondering in anyone else has had the same problems with them that I have.
First off, they shipped out the combo almost a week late. I received them and the first one looked good, but then as I was opening them, I noticed that 2 of the rims had lose balance weights, so now I need to take them in and have them rebalanced. They told me that because of the vibration, that they tend to fall off. Well how the hell is this supposed to work when the car is driving???
Second, they never shipped the installation pack with and they are now telling me that it was not included. Seems to me they told me that is was.
Third, now that I am trying to get them to correct the problems, I am just getting the run around on the phone and no one is taking any action to get this corrected.
Has anyone else had these problems with the company. That is bad customer service, lying, and improper mounting and balancing.:sneaky:

Sorry to hear about your problems. Order some GAFFERS racing tape in clear, black, or silver depending on your wheels. Order the tape from HEINTZ performance. Get the tape first and then go for the balancing. Any good shop will put the tape over your weights after they balance your wheels. ---Tomkat

Aaarrgghhhh!!!! I hate wheelmax..... been screwing people for awhile now. Good luck with your purchase. My experience with them is, if you want to get taken care of right... cancel your entire credit card purchase. Do it now.... don't delay. It will be one of the only ways you get your problem addressed.

It's definitely a roll of the dice with them. I was fairly lucky in that the only problem was one incorrectly sized lugnut. I'll probably just get a new set of lugs locally rather than wait on the phone for 2 hours for their non-existant customer service to brush me off.

I told them I was supposed to get hub rings and they gave me some run around and I just persisted on telling them they are wrong and were supposed to be included

IMO no one should be using WheelMax....bunch of scammers...and cancelling your credit card purchase will only get you half your money back...assuming you send the wheels back to them....good luck...you will need it...

even if they send the hub-rings...they are a POS plastic and wont fit your wheels anyway....

They are total idiots @ wheel max!! I ordered the staggared wheels and they shipped them to me with 245's all around. had to purchase 2 new back tires. they wouldn't take them back. bad company policy.

they are about 40 mins awat from me so i just went there and inspected the wheels and did the transaction in person. Theyy were great with me , but being in front of someone generally has an effect on how they treat someone. In fact i'm actually contemplating buying my new GFG's from them.
