A friend Of mine is opening a speed shop and will be doing in house powder coating Basically he wants to get his name out there so hes offering to powder coat anything I want for free including my new wheels : )

I just bought Petrol Octanes in 19's And my car Is PBM btw

and I wanted to see what you guys thought would be a sexier way to go Powder Coat the Face of the wheels

1: Gold ( not ying-yang twins gold, BBS or CCW Classics style gold ) some may prefer to call it bronze.... and of course leave the dish polished,

2: Flat/Matte Black with the polished dish

Those Petrol octanes are awesome as they are but this is a chance to have something diferent and one of a kind with no money spent so let me know what you think!

The great thing about this is that ultimately im the one who has to look at it everyday and you guys get to just either enjoy or laugh at the pictures of it when its done haha

black will look cleaner, but will be a lot of work to mask off the lip and get a good edge doing it. also need to keep tabs on how high the bake temp will be and for how long beacuse it can have an effect on the heat treating of the wheel. (cast 356 t-6 wheels usually overage when powdercoated after they have already been heat treated)

Gold/bronze would be certainly be different. I think it would look good.
