i was quoted by plaza tire, for 245/275, 40/18 $1200. Most internet sites have been quoting me $600-800, shipped. Does anyone know where i can get cheap Toyo's or another brand that is just as good, thanks? My front and back tires are dry rioted, i need new tires soon. Toyo's seemed like a good price for the performance.

Well, my Toyo TR-1's took a nasty 50 mph sideways hit into a curb. The rims are screwd. But the tires are still going and I remounted them on my new rims. For the #, the Toyo's are a good tire. I just would recamend not using them in 35* or below ever.

Oh, and I usually get my tires from The Tire Rack. Cheaper than most, to my door, and I have yet to ever have a problem. Just find a comitent shop that can mount and balance the properly without f'ing up the rims.
