You have left a pretty opened question up there asking what you would need, but I will hit some of your direct questions...

The 90mm intake and Tb are not "needed" per say, but they will help out when running that kind of power. If you run H/C and a 150 shot the weak point will be your bottom end. The engine could handle it for a while but eventually you would want some forged rods and pistons, as well as some ARP rod bolts and some coated bearings.

There are plenty of H/C packages out there, and for the best bottle results you want to get something with a good split duration and a higher LSA. Like you said, you will need a good drivetrain to support that so you don't break something every time you hit up the track.

To put on the 90mm TB, you need the 90mm intake manifold. It would not fit on the stock LS6 intake manifold.

The fuel part will take some work. You can either get the fuel bucket modified by EPP for a walbro pump, put on a booster pump, or check with racetronix on the status of their plug-n-play kit. If you are going with a wet kit, the stock injectors will be just fine.

On the N2O kits everyone will have a different opinion on their favorite, but NX is on the top of the list in the LS1 world. Be sure to purchase a window switch, and it is also good to have a fuel pressue safety switch, or a fuel pressure guage on the car. Don't forget a bottle heater, because you need the pressure up if you want to make consistent power.
